Shipping time

Orders using standard shipping typically take 2-3 business days to process. We will prioritize orders placed before 18:00 on the same day. Weekends and holidays are not working days, so they are not included in processing and transportation time. Therefore, when choosing transportation methods, please consider non working days. Standard International

Lost package

For lost packages, please contact our customer service in a timely manner After our investigation, we found that your order was lost or delivered to the wrong address during transportation.
